Raise is seeking a Software Analyst – Intermediate for a 6-month contract in Scarborough, Ontario (Hybrid). The role entails analyzing software requirements, defining validation methods, and developing test plans, procedures and reports.

You will coordinate testing across multiple projects and communicate findings to engineering teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in railway or automotive testing, CBTC signaling experience, and proficiency in Python/C/C++/Perl.

Competenze

• Experience with railway or automotive systems with CBTC signaling is highly preferred.
• Strong black-box testing experience and testing in real-time/embedded environments.
• Engineering background and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.

Mansioni

• Analyze system and software requirements to define validation methods and test cases.
• Develop and maintain test plans, procedures and reports; identify root causes of failures.
