Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of railway coordination or major transportation projects.
• Experience with railway infrastructure delivery and coordination.
• Bilingual French and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces between the ALTO project and host railway infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain railway interface registers, action trackers, and issue logs.
• Coordinate with host railways on operations, access, and entry planning.
• Coordinate technical reviews with host railways for design submissions and criteria incorporation.
• Provide regular status updates and governance materials for host railway coordination.
• Ensure clear communication between host railways and project teams.
