Discovery Kidd is actively seeking a Railroad Operator to support track maintenance and locomotive duties at our Timmins operations in Canada. You will work on switching, inspecting, and repairing rails, ties, and related infrastructure while coordinating with the Railway Supervisor.
The role requires outdoor work in all weather, physical fitness, and the ability to operate a range of hand tools and maintenance equipment. Training and safety protocols are emphasized throughout.

Reporting to the Railway Supervisor, the primary duties of this job include but are not limited to cleaning switches, frogs and crossings and adjusting/inspecting switches, install/replace worn or defective ties, rails, anchors, switch points, lifts and shims track.
