Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Rail/Transit Construction EoR Lead in Toronto to coordinate technical elements of construction support and ensure alignment between design and field execution. You will drive constructability reviews, RFIs, and risk mitigation while engaging multiple stakeholder groups and project controls.

Ideal candidates will hold a Civil Engineering degree and be a registered P.Eng in Ontario, with hands-on experience in major transit projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario.
Strong experience in rail or transit infrastructure delivery.
Hands-on construction support, design coordination, or delivery partner environments.
Ability to translate technical information into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

Act as main interface between Construction and Design teams.
Lead technical elements of construction support services focusing on track and civil interfaces.
Attend weekly meetings, capture actions, and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
Review design intent, identify constructability risks, and respond to RFIs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary delivery with civil, track, systems, utilities, stations, and project controls teams.
Support inspections, non-conformances, and change management.
