Job summary

Ontario Northland is seeking Track Technicians to join the Rail Infrastructure team. This role covers maintenance across our extensive track network, with frequent travel across Northern Ontario and adjacent regions.

The entry-level position offers growth through experience with CROR and MTR rules and safety-focused work outdoors. You will inspect, repair and replace rails, ties, switches and ballast, ensuring the right-of-way is clear and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a labour-intensive role.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Perform duties that require heavy lifting.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Travel frequently for work and be away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities
