Alstom in Toronto, ON is seeking an Installation Engineering Specialist to lead signalling installation activities for the On-Corridor Works project. You will collaborate with design, construction and project management teams to deliver compliant installations and documentation.

The role focuses on constructability within MX standards, engineering studies, BOM/Quantities, and installation drawings, with opportunities to advance in a dynamic rail environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics is required.
• P.Eng certification or in progress is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of railway products and services across market segments.
• 8+ years of experience in design, drafting or engineering production.

Responsabilités

• Assess progress reports and generate internal action plans.
• Review installation designs, drawings and method statements.
• Conduct site surveys and report constraints to the design team.
• Develop work plans, JHA, and track safety documents.
• Manage installation tools and ensure regular inspections.
