Job summary

ACCIONA in Canada seeks an OCS-TPSS Work Package Manager to lead the full lifecycle of overhead catenary and traction power systems on a major rail project. You will drive engineering design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and system integration.

You will supervise engineering teams, coordinate interfaces with civil, track, signaling and SCADA, manage contractors, and report progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in railway electrification, OCS/TPSS.
• 3–5 years in project management or leadership.
• PMP or P.Eng. designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all OCS-TPSS activities across the full project lifecycle.
• Review designs for constructability, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Interface with civil structures, track, signaling, SCADA, and other systems.
• Oversee on-site construction, testing, energization, and handover.
• Provide reporting and stakeholder coordination.
