CPKC, North America's first transnational railroad, is seeking a Crew Dispatcher in Calgary, AB. You will coordinate Train & Engine crews, ensure timely, cost-effective deployment, and maintain accurate CMA/Nexus/Office data. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure across a 24/7 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Dispatcher or call center experience is an asset.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under stress.
• French and English bilingualism is considered an asset.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and apply the T&E collective agreements.
• Enter data into CMA, Nexus, Auto Crew Caller and MS Office.
• Make business decisions based on OC priorities.
• Answer inquiries from employees.
• Maintain Crew Management Application records.
• Monitor T&E maximum hour clock and rest rules.
• Be accountable for other related tasks as required.
