Job summary

Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Booking Clerk to join the Radiology - Ultrasound team at Vancouver General Hospital in Vancouver, BC. You will schedule and book patient appointments, coordinate with physicians, nursing units and staff to optimize flow and ensure accurate patient information.

Duties include entering data into booking systems, arranging times, following up on appointments, and acting as reception to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education with two years' recent related experience.
• Experience scheduling and booking patient appointments in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with radiology or hospital booking systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and book patient appointments for Radiology.
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing units and staff to optimize scheduling.
• Enter booking information into radiology and hospital systems; file requisitions; provide reception support.
