Job summary

Fraser Health is seeking a Radiological Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic/fluoroscopic imaging with a focus on patient safety and quality care. You will work within a busy medical imaging team at Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre.

Certification with the CAMRT is required. The role involves operating imaging equipment, coordinating with radiologists and other staff, and maintaining accurate RIS/PACS records.

Qualifications

• Certification with the CAMRT.
• Demonstrated knowledge of radiographic and medical imaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs general radiographic/fluoroscopic procedures with radiation protection practices.
• Operates radiographic and computerized imaging equipment and archives data in RIS/PACS.
• Explains procedures to patients and provides instructions.
