The Radiological Technologist works in a computerized environment, producing diagnostic radiographs as assigned and carrying out diagnostic procedures independently or with a radiologist or physician; applies radiation safety principles to protect patients, staff, and the public; and completes documentation and administrative tasks.
Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist. Graduation from an approved radiology technology program. Eligible for CAMRT membership.
