The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing software for indoor LTE NR (New Radio) products, contributing to the advancement of 5G technology.

Your role

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for indoor LTE NR radio systems
• Optimize radio algorithms and protocols to enhance system performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components into the overall product architecture
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of radio software to ensure high-quality, reliable performance
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to radio software functionality
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry standards in the field of wireless communications

Your skills and experience

• 5+ years of experience in radio software development, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Proficiency in C++ OR JAVA programming languages
• Strong understanding of LTE and 5G NR standards, protocols, and architectures
• Experience with software development for embedded systems and real-time operating systems
• Familiarity with digital signal processing (DSP) techniques and algorithms
• Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) principles and wireless communication systems
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development methodologies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with indoor wireless solutions and small cell technologies
• Familiarity with network simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, NS-3)
• Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G) is a plus

The base salary range for the tagged location is $65,200 - $138,940/year.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
