Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and mechanical/electronic aptitude.
• Interest in electronics, technology, or communications.
• Education or hands-on experience in related field is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install and service communication and electronic equipment on vehicles and in field environments.
• Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and programming of radio equipment.
• Perform radio diagnostics and programming.
• Provide customer service and troubleshooting support in person and over the phone.
• Work with conventional, trunking, and P25 radio systems.
• Use electrical schematics, hand tools, and test equipment safely and effectively.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
