What will you do?

  • Assist the Quotation team on preparing the professional bid proposals.
  • Work closely and participate in meetings of sales and business developers as required.
  • Provide proposals to meet customer requirements in a timely manner, participate in kick-off meeting with stakeholders when applicable, managing changes throughout bid proposal lifecycle.
  • Engage in interfacing with Factory and Product Marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical changes.
  • Clean and verify the final proposal to match the orders.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Have graduated from University in Electrical Engineering program.
  • Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
  • Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
  • Electrical engineering with focus on Power systems is preferred.
  • Basic comprehension of power distribution concept & single line diagram is considered a great asset.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical products such as switchboard, panelboards, circuit breakers & transformers is considered an asset.
  • Having completed at least one co-op term is an asset.
  • Strong attention to details and ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Hard working and willing to learn new skills.
  • Flexible working hour may be required.
