What will you do?

• Assist the Quotation team in preparing professional bid proposals.
• Collaborate closely and participate in meetings with sales and business development teams as required.
• Provide timely proposals to meet customer requirements, participate in kickoff meetings with stakeholders when applicable, and manage changes throughout the bid proposal lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Factory and Product Marketing groups to resolve configurations and technical issues.
• Verify that the final proposal matches the orders and is accurate.

What will you need to succeed?

• Graduated from a University program in Electrical Engineering.
• Graduated from post-secondary education within the last 12 months.

Note: 2.5 GPA (B-) required. Transcripts available upon request.

• Focus on Power Systems in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
• Basic understanding of power distribution concepts & single-line diagrams is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products such as switchboards, panelboards, circuit breakers, and transformers is beneficial.
• Completion of at least one co-op term is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Hardworking and eager to learn new skills.
• Flexible working hours may be required.
