Job summary

The role blends analysis, communication, and collaboration across teams to support the Quantitative Equity platform.

You will develop investment content, support business development, engage with internal stakeholders, and represent the team in meetings with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of work experience on a quantitative or systematic investment team.
• Understanding of factor investing frameworks, portfolio construction and optimization principles, performance attribution and risk decomposition, and empirical research methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex quantitative concepts clearly and concisely.
• CFA designation or progress toward completion is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Investment Content Development – develop materials that relate a complex investment process to market developments for stakeholders.
• Business Development – support initiatives contributing to long-term growth of the Quantitative Equity platform.
• Cross-Team Engagement – build strong relationships to improve systems, processes, and communications across teams.
• External Presence – represent the Quantitative Equity team in meetings with institutional clients, prospects, and consultants.
