Reporting to the QFI Supervisor, the Quality, Training and Inventory (QFI) Coordinator is responsible for planning and organizing inventory and quality-related activities. He/she acts as a team leader for his/her team. Our client is in the automotive industry.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:
What would your daily routine be like?
- Coordinate a team of 2 inventory technicians and a quality technician (does not include the disciplinary component)
- Assign and coordinate tasks according to priorities
- Provide team support
- Train and coach your team
- Any other related tasks.
Quality and training
- Ensure ISO9001 certification is maintained (ensure validity of documents, monitor changes, etc.)
- Coordinate and assign quality team tasks according to priorities
- Liaise with customers
- Conduct internal quality audits
- All other related tasks
- Manage customer requests for inventory comparisons
- Monitor cycle count operations and perform inventory audits
- Review and analyze inventory reports
- Coordinate and assign tasks to inventory team according to priorities
- Any other related tasks
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:
Profile required:
- At least 3 years' experience as a coordinator or team leader
- At least 3 years' experience in quality management or inventory
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of inventory management software and skills with computer systems
- Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written
