Job description

In the position of Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Ltd. (CCCBL) and Monster Energy Company (MEC), working cross-functionally between both companies to reconcile information related to supply planning, offering supply solutions to improve and sustain the flow of raw materials and finished goods.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Work with CCCBL and MEC Planning teams to increase availability of raw materials. Reconcile material requirements planning (MRP) weekly to lock in production plans and lead weekly meetings with CCCBL and internal MEC Supply teams.
  • Track shipments with Logistics team daily and create Stock Transport Orders (STOs) for shipments from TCS to Weston plant. Review material shortages and production schedules and take immediate action to ensure material availability by potentially expediting.
  • Communicate Retail Management (RM) Purchase Orders (POs) delays to CCCBL with proposed solutions and follow up with respective MEC teams and suppliers when POs fall out of lead time.
  • Prepare and issue POs according to company purchasing policies and procedures and confirm said POs with vendors including delivery date, quantity, unit of measure etc. Track and expedite purchase orders by working with vendors, US, and International logistic teams, and update the delivery dates in SAP on a real time basis.
  • Build working relationship with vendors and other cross functional team members.
  • Ensure accurate SAP systems set up based on third-party information (both internally and externally).
  • Facilitate goods return, transport damage, claim, etc. by closely working with other functional teams and solve delivery discrepancies by closely working with MEC inventory team, accounting department, CCCBL teams, and vendors. -->> Serve as first back up for MEC Canada RM Planner.
  • Track innovation timelines and out of stock reporting. Create dashboards and run data analysis.
  • Work on special projects related to process improvements between MEC and CCCBL teams.

Position Requirements:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply management
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in supply chain processes and inventory management systems.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced Microsoft Office skills. SAP experience and must have strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Preferred Certifications: N/A
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Must be a team player and demonstrate successful experience working in a cross functional team environment and able to present to Senior Leadership.

Base Salary Range: $57,000 - $76,000 CAD
