Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Technician to support startup manufacturing in a high‑volume environment. You will perform inspections on assemblies and materials, verify conformance to drawings, and help build robust quality processes for a new factory startup.

Responsibilities include documenting nonconformances, supporting containment and corrective actions, and collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive improvements while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing quality environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of assemblies, components, and materials.
• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using measuring tools.
• Verify products meet drawings, specifications and work instructions.
• Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials and processes.
• Support containment, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and participate in quality system activities.
