Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Quality Technician 3 to lead quality checks for Milwaukee® products in a fast-paced environment. You will operate lab equipment, inspect materials, maintain records, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires QA/QC experience, ability to read instructions, and readiness to lift up to 40 pounds. A technical education background and computer skills are preferred for growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Quality assurance or quality control experience required.
• Computer experience required and good organizational skills.
• Able to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to react to change and handle shifts as assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate lab equipment and gauges following safety requirements.
• Inspect incoming material and parts per quality specs.
• Maintain records and update systems with audit results.
• Perform Process Control Plan audits as needed.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Support lab cleanliness and housekeeping.
