Job summary

Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc. in Granby, QC, is hiring a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk to support production and quality initiatives. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will assist in documenting the quality system and ensuring customer specifications are met.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the technician will contribute to the completion and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities.

Main Duties:

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions.
• Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
