Caoutchoucs et Plastiques Falpaco Inc. is seeking a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk to support production in a plastics and rubber molding facility in Granby, QC.

Responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are available, feeding machines, deburring, assembling, and packaging parts, and maintaining a clean work area. The starting wage is $16.00 per hour on day shift, with premiums for skills, evening/night shifts, attendance bonuses, and group insurance after 3 months of

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write French.
• Ability to count.
• Experience in the plastics and rubber industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret work instructions.
• Understand and execute tasks written in the work instruction booklet.
• Ensure the machine is supplied with raw materials.
• Start operations on time and maximize production time.
• Operate and supervise rubber or plastic molding machines.
• Deburr produced parts (if necessary), assemble, inspect, and package them.
• Granulate rejected parts (if necessary) using the granulator.
• Clean and maintain the work area according to established standards.
• Suggest improvements to production methods.

The maximum salary for a day laborer who has acquired all the skills is $30.57/hr.
