Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel, Quebec, is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the evening shift to join our quality team. You will lead a unionized manufacturing workforce with 15–25 employees, focusing on continuous improvement and on-time delivery while mentoring staff.

You will manage KPI-based performance, uphold Lean principles, and ensure strong communication in both French and English. The role offers a hybrid work policy with development opportunities in aerospace programs.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for Quality Supervisor - evening shift to join our quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada)

In your role, you will:

• Exert your leadership while respecting the vision and values of the company;

• Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization;

As our ideal candidate,

• You have management experience in a unionized environment, in manufacturing (quality department is an asset) or aerospace industry ideally;
• You have excellent management skills;
• You show very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility, and are able to work with minimum supervision;
• You are results oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable to work under pressure and you have a sense of urgency;
• You have strong communication skills;
• You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement;
• You are proficient in French and English;
