Job summary

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership in Mirabel, QC seeks a Quality Supervisor for the evening shift to lead the quality team and ensure compliance with QMS across manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong leadership of 15-25 employees, experience in unionized environments, and a results-driven mindset to meet tight deadlines while driving continuous improvement and lean practices in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace industry and/or quality management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing field.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in a unionized environment.
• Excellent management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, judgment, flexibility, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Results-driven, capable of meeting tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure, and with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in French.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft program is looking for a Quality Supervisor on the evening shift to join our Quality team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada). You will be part of the Quality team responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of the quality department teams.
