The Quality Risk Manager (QRM) provides leadership and expertise inquality improvement, patient and client safety, risk management, incident management, and accreditationacross TCSA.
This position plays a key role in identifying risks, investigating incidents, supporting system improvements, and promoting safe, culturally responsive, and client-centred care throughout the Tlicho region.

The salary range for this position is from $59.62 per hour to $71.22 per hour (approximately $116,259 - $138,879.) plus an annual Northern Allowance of $5,536.
