Qualifikationen

• Must be currently enrolled in a co‑op bachelor’s degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and continuous improvement methods.
• Proficiency with diagram‑creation software.
• Strong analytical skills, technical writing skills, and documentation rigor.
• Strong communication skills.
• Motivated by standardization and optimization challenges.
• Good observation skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineers.
• Autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
• French is required; English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec.

Aufgaben

• Documenting and updating internal quality procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.
• Design of process flows and flow charts; map all operational processes and create standardized diagrams.
• Participate in daily quality team tasks on production floor; observe inspections, testing procedures, and compliance checks.
• Engage in cross‑functional engineering projects; support R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, and Production; work with multidisciplinary teams.
