Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in business, healthcare or related field required.
• Demonstrated expertise in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Database knowledge and administration; user experience design.
• Statistical analysis skills; experience with survey management.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; multitask in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality and patient safety initiatives by researching, gathering and preparing information into a database/spreadsheet and liaising with stakeholders.
• Gather and prepare quality and patient safety data and unit management reports for executive review.
• Configure and manage user permissions for quality & patient safety databases.
• Provide support by answering technical questions on databases and information sources.
• Assist departments with quality initiatives by data gathering and analysis.
• Coordinate administrative activities for the Post Discharge Call Centre (PDCC) and supervise 3–6 team members.
• Support callers and respond to web inquiries and in-person consults from patients and families.
• Other duties as assigned.
