Job summary

Kiewit in Toronto is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality team on civil construction projects in Eastern Canada District. You will develop and implement quality plans, ensure compliance with plans, specs, and industry standards.

You will manage a team of inspectors, coordinate with construction leaders, and drive continuous improvement, safety, and cost-effective quality outcomes across assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality for civil construction projects
• Develop and implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans
• Collaborate with Construction Supervisors, Schedulers and Planners on quality systems
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs and industry standards
• Generate quality reports and escalate deviations
