Job description

You are an experienced Quality professional responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and implementation of Quality Management systems. You will monitor and audit field and office operations, continually seeking innovative solutions for projects.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Quality management for assigned projects, providing clear direction to the Quality team and distributing workload to leverage individual and group strengths, ensuring balanced development opportunities.
  • Ensure Ledcor systems and procedures align with Ledcor’s quality program.
  • Provide guidance on Inspection Technologies and application of industry codes and standards.
  • Handle complex problems, share expertise with subcontractors and suppliers, and participate in meetings with senior management.
  • Develop and oversee Ledcor’s Quality Program and project Quality Plans.
  • Coordinate resources across multiple business units.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Post-secondary education with a related diploma, degree, or trade certificate.
  • Detailed knowledge of codes, standards, regulations, and modern construction practices.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, propose solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
  • Experience in facilitation, mentoring, and team leadership.

Work Conditions:

  • This position is site-based.
