As the Quality Manager at Mucci Farms. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all quality assurance operations to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, customer specifications, and company quality standards. This role manages and develops quality teams, monitors product quality throughout receiving, storage, production, and shipping processes, and collaborates with sales, procurement, and operations to drive continuous improvement, minimize product rejections, and maintain the highest standards of produce quality across the organization.
Compensation: 95,000-105,000 annually, company benefits, RSP contributions, on-site parking, company perks
Job Requirements: The incumbent will be committed to customer service excellence and leading by example. A positive attitude in the workplace is required as is the ability to adhere to all human resources, operational and food and health safety policies and procedures.
