The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Quality Management Supervisor to lead our quality initiatives and ensure safe, reliable, and high-quality grain products. In this role, you will work closely with the Plant Supervisor and Plant Manager, making real impact on both daily operations and shaping long-term improvements.

As our Quality Management Supervisor, you will:

Quality Systems and Compliance

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
Lead internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with HACCP, CIPRS, BRC, and safety regulations.
Maintain the Quality Manual and Canadian Grain Sampling Manual.

Audits, Reporting and Continuous Improvement

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics including downtime, maintenance, and trends.
Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer inquiries.
Prepare and present reports on quality trends, non-conformances, and process improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality.
Issue IP Contracts and ensure grower compliance with requirements.

Operational Support

Oversee Bagging Plant and Trucking Scheduling.
Review inventory levels for shipping.
Complete housekeeping walkthroughs and traffic flow management.

What We Are Looking For:
