Lakeridge Health in Oshawa is seeking a Quality Lead (Critical Care) to drive quality improvement across the Critical Care Program. Reporting to the Manager, Quality Improvement & Patient Safety, the Quality Lead (Critical Care) will work closely with the Critical Care Program Director, Medical Director, Critical Care leadership team, and staff to integrate quality improvement, across the Critical Care Program at Lakeridge Health to achieve the goal of excellence in the delivery of services/care to progress Lakeridge Health's goal of achieving Whole System Quality. In this role, you will facilitate the knowledge and skill building with Critical Care Program team members in areas of quality improvement in alignment with approaches used by the central Quality Improvement & Patient Safety team.
