The Strategy Management Consultant will play a lead role to support the development and implementation of the Strategy Deployment process, tools, training and activities to achieve organizational strategy. They will partner with senior leaders to achieve Lakeridge Health's vision, driving transformational thinking. This role is instrumental in informing the decisions of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in helping to align all areas of the organization to Lakeridge Health's strategic goals and priorities. The Strategy Management Consultant will also play a lead role in the execution of the corporate strategic priorities.
