Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Coordinator for the second shift on a 12-month fixed-term basis in Guelph, Ontario. The role focuses on supporting analytical and microbiology labs, ensuring efficient operations and strict adherence to GMP, GDP and GLP standards.

You will manage sample receipt, inventory, purchasing, and coordination with external labs, contributing to quality, safety, and cost-improvement initiatives. Onsite work environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or diploma is required.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Financial literacy and strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, registration and organization of lab samples in LIMS.
• Arrange shipment of samples to external labs as needed.
• Procure laboratory consumables and maintain inventories.
• Oversee purchasing for lab capital projects and vendor communications.
• Ensure GMP/GDP/GLP compliance and support safety training.
• Support continuous improvement and site programs.
