NOV in Canada seeks a Quality Inspector for night shift (10pm–6am) to read engineering drawings, verify dimensions with precision tools, and document NCRs in JDE. You will interact with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to maintain strict quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have experience with measuring equipment, CAD software such as SolidWorks, and familiarity with ERP systems. Training and safety policies are emphasized.
The Quality Inspector should have an extensive working knowledge of a production environment, specializing in the reading of blueprints and the use of standard measuring tools, The Quality Inspector must possess strong communication skills (oral and written) with an ability to effectively interact with integrated process teams, organizational skills, the ability to be forward thinking for planning purposes, and strong attention to detail.

Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE), is required for documenting and tracking non-conformances. This role demands a high level of attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and via email, with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
This position is for Night Shift, 10pm - 6am
This position is classified as safety sensitive, and employment would be conditional on satisfactory completion of a pre-employment testing.
