Zusammenfassung

Prysmian, a global leader in energy and telecom cables, seeks a Quality Manager for the Prescott, ON facility. You will lead quality assurance programs, drive ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 compliance, and coordinate with operations, engineering and customers to meet quality, cost and service targets.

You will supervise technical staff, manage internal audits and supplier quality, and champion continuous improvement on the shop floor with data-driven decision making.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of three (3) quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience in a team-based environment.
• Experience with SAP usage is a plus.
• Strong manufacturing background with ability to develop product specifications.

Aufgaben

• Establish, implement, direct, and maintain quality assurance and scrap control programs across manufacturing stages.
• Lead problem solving at plant level and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain ISO initiatives and interface with customers and regulatory reps (UL/CSA).
• Ensure conformance to safety standards and compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, and HSE systems.
• Maintain data reports for production control and customer specifications.
• Manage internal audits and customer claims processes.
• Oversee calibration systems for equipment and test instruments.
• Conduct supplier and internal audits and maintain QA documentation.
