Definity is seeking a Quality Engineering Lead for Finance Technology to guide quality across Finance platforms and ensure reliable, high-value deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
You will define test strategies, lead QE teams, and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to drive automation, risk-based testing, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work model.

Work closely with a technical and agile development team in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. You will play a key role throughout the release life cycle by working closely with the Quality Testing team, software developers and project stakeholders to ensure that Quality Testing goals have been met.
As the Quality Engineering Lead, Finance Technology, you will lead quality engineering activities across Finance and Corporate Technology initiatives, ensuring solutions are delivered with the highest standards of quality, reliability, and business value.
$108,700-$158,700
Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
