Job summary

ITMC Systems, Inc. in Montreal, QC seeks a Senior Quality/Root-Cause Lead to drive structured analyses of delivery performance. You will utilize data sources and cross-functional sessions to uncover systemic delays and validate corrective actions.

The role requires 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering, with strong SAP MRP knowledge and a proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops. On-site work in Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada and able to work on-site.
• 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering.
• Proficient in Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto analysis and hypothesis testing applied in a manufacturing context.
• Direct experience facilitating cross functional root cause working sessions with engineering and operations participants.
• Working knowledge of SAP MRP - able to interpret ZC13 and ZP24 outputs independently.
• Strong analytical skills - able to distinguish constraint from symptom in complex multi-plant environments.

• Deep dive into manufacturing process and quality system failures to identify systemic causes of delivery delay
• Develop and maintain the priority framework ensuring alignment with SIOP and operational planning cycles
• Lead working sessions and operational review meetings driving action plan execution and monitoring progress
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality and supply chain functions to validate root causes and confirm corrective action feasibility
