Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc in Montreal is seeking a seasoned CI/quality engineering lead to drive root cause analysis, enhance delivery performance, and coordinate across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

You will own the priority framework, facilitate cross-functional sessions, and ensure corrective actions with measurable outcomes, reporting to the Program Lead.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Canada and on-site in Montreal.
• 6+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or quality engineering.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt preferred.
• Proficient in Fishbone, 5-Why, Pareto analysis and hypothesis testing applied in a manufacturing context.
• Direct experience facilitating cross functional root cause working sessions with engineering and operations participants.
• Working knowledge of SAP MRP — able to interpret ZC13 and ZP24 outputs independently.
• Strong analytical skills — able to distinguish constraint from symptom in complex multi-plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Lead in escalating blockers that require senior customer authority to resolve
