Job summary

Ben-Mor Cables Inc. is seeking a Quality Coordinator to maintain, enhance, and continually improve our Quality Management System.

The role collaborates with Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Customer Service, and Administration to drive quality across the organization. You will lead internal audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions while supporting external audits and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
  • Experience managing quality systems and internal audits.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing environments and operations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the annual internal audit program using a process-based approach tailored to our manufacturing environment.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
  • Identify gaps, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement, with thorough follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to align operational practices with quality standards.
  • Support teams in continuous improvement of operational and administrative processes.
  • Participate in creation, updating, and standardization of quality documentation.
  • Ensure consistency between manufacturing operations, internal procedures, and quality system requirements.
  • Monitor process performance through quality KPIs and recommend practical optimization initiatives.
  • Actively participate in process reviews and management review meetings.
  • Prepare for and support external audits, including certification, customer, and regulatory audits.
  • Train, coach, and engage employees on quality best practices.
  • Act as a quality resource and ambassador of the organization's culture of excellence.

Your Role

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator who will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving our Quality Management System. In this position, you will work closely with all departments across the organization, including Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, Customer Service, and Administration.
