The quality Coordinator is responsible for assessing and ensuring the quality of finished products and raw materials. This role involves verifying quality standards, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Main responsibilities
  • Inspect and test finished products and raw materials to ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
  • Identify defects and non-conformities and document the results.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance

Job Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality or a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of Kaizen and statistical tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
