Responsibilities

• Performing surface, equipment, and environmental swabbing to verify cleanliness and compliance.
• Reviewing and approving cleaning records, room activity logs, and scale verifications.
• Approving room and equipment releases prior to use.
• Monitoring in-process controls and responding to deviations.
• Sampling raw cannabis, packaging labels, and finished products.
• Inspecting documentation to ensure adherence to GDP.
• Applying status labels (e.g., Approved, Quarantine, Release).
• Supporting the Quality Manager with additional tasks as needed.

About the Role

Exciting Opportunity: Quality Control Technician I. Are you detail-oriented and ready to play a key role in maintaining product safety and compliance? We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician I (QC Tech I) to join our team and help ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Production Practices (GPP), and Health Canada regulations. In this role, you'll perform in-process checks, review documentation, approve room and equipment releases, and support product sampling. If you have a background in science or cannabis, strong analytical skills, and a sharp eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing surface, equipment, and environmental swabbing to verify cleanliness and compliance
