Job summary

Premier Tech seeks a Plant Operator – Quality Control at its Carrot River facility to ensure proper raw materials, ingredients, and packaging processes are used safely and in line with quality standards. You will support daily plant operations and help ensure products meet required specifications.

This position offers variety, training and physical activity, with opportunities to operate equipment and advance within Premier Tech Growers and Consumers, a North American leader in horticulture

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety practices are upheld and premises are safe.
• Perform physical tasks and operate equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, organized, and safe facility.
• Monitor manufacturing and adjust processes to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products and report quality concerns or production issues.
• Complete quality-control checks and documentation.
• Collaborate with management and team members to support operations.
