Qualifications

• Quality/Sanitation experience in a food processing atmosphere preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and QA analysis equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily microbiological analysis on samples and report non-conformances.
• Tag and block non-conforming materials and manage inventory.
• Calibrate testing equipment and maintain ozone records.
• Test and verify water parameters (TDS, turbidity, pH, temp, ozone, weight).
• Participate in audits and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Train operators on quality standards and assist with daily sanitation tasks.
