We are looking for our next Lab Technician within our Quality team. The Lab Technician is responsible for analyzing raw, in-process and finished pea-based products using established laboratory methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role supports quality control and production through analytical testing, equipment monitoring, data reporting, method execution, and compliance with quality and safety requirements. The position also provides technical assistance to production by supporting analytical activities, laboratory operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position is located in Portage la Prairie.
