Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Control Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and SPC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products using measurement tools and testing equipment.
• Document inspection results accurately, identifying deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all QC activities comply with industry regulations and quality management systems.
• Participate in internal audits and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Maintain calibration records for all inspection and testing equipment.
