SICOM Industries Ltd., a Boundary Group division in Langley, BC, is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to apply GD&T expertise and precision measurement in a high‑reliability manufacturing environment.
You will read drawings, perform first-piece, in‑process and final inspections, and operate micrometers, calipers and CMMs. Training in CMM programming is provided to develop your skills. Join a team that values accuracy and offers career growth.
You understand technical drawings. You know what GD&T means on the shop floor. You are comfortable working with precision, tolerances, and measurements—and you are ready to build on that foundation.
At SICOM Industries Ltd., a division of Boundary Group, we are looking for a Quality Control Inspector who brings technical aptitude, hands‑on manufacturing knowledge, and a strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
You don't need to come to us as an experienced CMM programmer.
We'll invest in your development and provide CMM training.
For over 40 years, SICOM has manufactured high‑precision machined components for the aerospace, defence, mining, oil and gas, and commercial industries. As an ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100‑certified organization, precision isn't simply something we measure at the end of the process—it's built into everything we do.
If you have a technical background, understand GD&T, and want to develop a career in quality and precision inspection, we want to hear from you.
As part of our Quality team, you'll work closely with experienced quality professionals, machinists, and production teams to ensure the components we manufacture meet demanding customer and engineering requirements.

We're looking for technical capability and potential—not someone who already knows everything.
You will need:
Any of the following would be valuable, but they are not required:
CMM programming experience is not required.
If you bring the technical foundation, GD&T knowledge, and willingness to learn, SICOM will provide training to help you develop your CMM capabilities.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your career simply checking parts.
You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced people, work with sophisticated inspection technology, and develop specialized skills in precision manufacturing and quality.
At SICOM, you'll gain exposure to complex components manufactured for industries where accuracy matters.
As part of Boundary Group, you'll also be joining a growing group of Canadian manufacturing companies where there are opportunities to develop your skills and build your career.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check as part of our hiring process.
You don't need to be a CMM expert to join our team.
If you understand GD&T, technical drawings, tolerances, and precision measurement and want an opportunity to turn that foundation into a specialized career in Quality, we'd like to hear from you.
