Job summary

SICOM Industries Ltd., a Boundary Group division in Langley, BC, is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to apply GD&T expertise and precision measurement in a high‑reliability manufacturing environment.

You will read drawings, perform first-piece, in‑process and final inspections, and operate micrometers, calipers and CMMs. Training in CMM programming is provided to develop your skills. Join a team that values accuracy and offers career growth.

Qualifications

• GD&T knowledge and reading engineering drawings is required.
• Experience with precision measurement and inspection tools is expected.
• Background in machining, manufacturing, or quality inspection is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections of precision‑machined components.
• Complete first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Read and interpret drawings, tolerances, and GD&T requirements.
• Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges and other inspection tools.
• Develop CMM knowledge through company training.
