Over the past 50 years, Boffo has built thousands of homes and has earned a reputation for developing exceptional residential communities throughout the Lower Mainland.

The Quality Control / Homeowner Care is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.This role focuses on managing quality control during construction as well as post-construction services, addressing client concerns, and fostering long-term loyalty.Acting as a key representative of BOFFO, the Client Care Manager ensures that client satisfaction aligns with organizational goals and standards.

This individual will have worked in the construction and / or development industry and have previous experience with general plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry and renovations.

Responsibilities include :

  • Coordinate with trades / contractors during the construction process to ensure the timely finish of homes to coincide with overall completion schedule.
  • Ensure a high level of finish is maintained across all homes.
  • Act as primary point of contact for client’s post-construction to address concerns and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
  • Collaborate with project teams to address and resolve warranty issues promptly.
  • Oversee the warranty process, ensuring all claims are handled efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to address post-construction concerns.
  • Manage documentation and communication for service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Oversee on site warranty work by subcontractors and BOFFO employees.
  • When appropriate, perform the work to correct warranty issues.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of service requests and warranty claims.
  • Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cabinetry repairs, dry walling, flooring and tile work.
  • Perform painting tasks as required.
  • Ensure that work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote quality living experience for all residents.
  • Perform duties as per company standards, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Conduct inspections and maintenance of commercial and multi-family residential properties and complete necessary tasks as required to ensure the buildings are at an acceptable standard
  • Ensure all health, safety, security and WorkSafe B.C. procedures are adhered to, and areas of concern are reported to the management team in a timely manner

Requirements include :

  • Experience : Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction renovations and / or building operations
  • Technical Proficiency : Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Core Skills : Client management, conflict resolutions, process improvement and reporting.
  • Knowledge Base : Understanding of post-construction services, warranties and service agreements.
  • Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with organizational and customer service skills
  • Skilled with various hand and power tools and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Punctual and reliable, committed and trustworthy
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently

Salary Range :

  • We offer a competitive salary that reflects experience, skills, and market trends.The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually, depending on qualifications and professional background.Candidates with demonstrated success in similar roles, advanced expertise, or specialized certifications may be considered for compensation at the higher end of this range.In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
