Job summary

Resolute Workforce Solutions, a staff augmentation subsidiary of Brevitas Consulting Inc., is hiring a Quality Control Analyst for on-site work in Mississauga, ON. The role covers sampling, testing, data recording in LIMS, and assisting in third-party testing coordination.

Salary ranges from $20–$22 CAD per hour. Benefits include life insurance, long-term disability, and dental/healthcare after probation. We welcome applicants who can work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibile with the ability to adapt, respond quickly and manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety procedures and uses required PPE.
• Reports injuries, hazards, and unsafe conditions promptly.
• Inspects and samples raw materials and packaging (including customer-supplied items).
• Performs ID testing using TruScan.
• Submits samples for lab analysis and records them in LIMS.
• Manages purchase orders for third-party testing and verifies costs.
• Maintains proper storage and disposal of retain samples.
• Handles sampling and release of consumable materials.
• Works efficiently and identifies opportunities for process improvement.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Quality Control Analyst in Mississauga, ON (On-site) .
